SCATAP for Windows v1.2
PDA light scattering by absorbing particles
Using Mie-theory, the SCATAP for Windows v1.2 programme enables the
calibration of a PDA (Phase Doppler Anemometry) particle sizing instrument.
It originates from a UNIX-version developed to compute the
light scattered by coated particles.
Input parameters include the geometrical parameters of a PDA instrument,
see the PDA scheme in SCATAP.
There are two iteration menues such that the influence of diffent parameters
can easily be investigated. The Windows-version of SCATAP is available in zipped form.
To install unzip and execute setup from Windows. After starting SCATAP
have a look at the note in menu Help Information and follow this guidelines.
